Hello March

It's officially March! This month caps the first quarter of the year and I want to do a lot of things and I mean a lot. Ideas are flying everywhere and I had to take a step back, asses what I can do and go from there. Here are my so called realistic goals so far.

  • Commit to 30 days of vegan
  • Journal every single food I eat and post them here
  • No bread 
  • Follow TIU workout schedule (split workouts and be active every single day)
  • Start 100 miles challenge to accomplish in 8 weeks
  • Do yoga every single day
  • Do 1 creative thing a day
