Vegan Challenge | Day 1

What I Ate:
B - Oatmeal with protein and cocoa powder 
L - Guava, grapefruit and 1 banana 
D - Corn, quinoa, spinach, tomato, mushroom and avocado

Buns and arms, abs, yoga and spin class

I feel great this morning. I had so much energy considering I only had 4 hours of sleep. For lunch usually I'll just have 2 servings of fruit but because grapefruit was too sour I had to eat a banana. No cravings at all. I think after almost 3 weeks of cutting out meat the cravings just disappear. 

Also to accompany this challenge I'm reading The Mindful Vegan and rereading How Not To Die.  read a couple of chapters of this book before but I was not committed to veganism so it didn't resonate so much to me but now it did. Highly recommend it.
