Vegan Challenge | Day 2

What I Ate:
B - Oatmeal with protein and cocoa powder and blueberries
L - Guava, dragonfruit and 1 banana
S - Grapefruit, almonds, seaweed 
D - Corn, quinoa, spinach, tomato, mushroom 

Total body sculpt, abs, yoga and spin class

I definitely ate more today. One and a half more servings of fruit and I snacked on almonds and seaweed.
