Vegan Challenge | Day 3

What I Ate:
B - Oatmeal with protein and cocoa powder 
L - Tofu, brown rice, chinese veggies and broccoli 
S - Almonds, banana
D - Side salad, a little sweet potato fries, dal and 3 chapati 


I was planning on working out more today but I wanted to give my body a rest and so I just did a 20 min yoga.
