Vegan Challenge | Day 5

What I Ate:
B - Oatmeal with protein and cocoa powder with cinnamon and flax seed
L - Salad
S - Almonds
D - Chapsuy, rice, mug bean soup, eggplant

Yoga, 1.2 mile run, HIIT daily moves and ultimate bootycall

Definitely ate more today sadly.
