On Days That Are Harder, Be Stronger

I thought about this while I was commuting to work this morning. There are days when I want to stuff myself with carbs and sugars and I realize those are the days that I need to be stronger. The challenge comes not from when we are at peace with our minds, bodies and routines but it's when life throws us a curve ball and we just have to throw it back. Eat well and train hard. No excuses.
